Make sure that your computer and printer are on the same WiFi network. Many times, the computer, in its infinite wisdom, may connect you to another WiFi network available in your location without you knowing. It&#8217;s built into the OS for convenience but becomes annoying when you must be on a specific network to connect to your printer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Sounds elementary but you will be amazed at how many times the printer lost power due to a faulty power strip, power surge, or breaker tripping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Change the printer configuration to a static IP address in your network versus a dynamic IP address. This is more advanced, and not only will it fix your issue, but it will create a more stable printing environment.
